The festival is now accepting <strong data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"563\">content proposals<\/strong> from a wide range of practitioners and disciplines.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"643\"><strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"643\">About the Festival<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"1096\">\u201cTransforming Public Action\u201d invites participants to explore and combine the many tools that can shape the future of public policy: citizen panels, deliberative processes, public policy evaluations, scientific research, artistic works, games, creative installations, and more.<br data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"923\" \/>Over two days, the festival will create a space to <strong data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1048\">imagine, test, and experience new collaborative and creative practices<\/strong> capable of meaningfully renewing public action.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1362\">Whether you are part of a public administration, an elected representative, a journalist, an artist, a designer, a researcher, a member of civil society, or simply someone motivated to rethink how public policies are made,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1361\">you are warmly invited to participate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1390\"><strong data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1390\">Call for Proposals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1478\">We welcome contributions in a broad variety of formats, including (but not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1679\">\n<li data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1505\">\n<p data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1505\">project presentations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1533\">\n<p data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1533\">games or artistic works<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1578\">\n<p data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1578\">research articles or scientific insights<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1613\">\n<p data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1613\">policy analyses or evaluations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1679\">\n<p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1679\">demonstrations of methods, tools, or organisational practices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1764\">Proposals can be submitted <strong data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1729\">until 12 December<\/strong> via the link provided in the call or the links below.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"1828\">The programme will be built based on the proposals received.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1953\">\n<li data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1892\">\n<p data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1892\"><strong data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1840\">Day 1<\/strong> will focus on inspiration and experience-sharing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"1953\">\n<p data-start=\"1895\" data-end=\"1953\"><strong data-start=\"1895\" data-end=\"1904\">Day 2<\/strong> will be dedicated to collective experimentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"2008\"><strong data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2008\">Why a Festival on Transforming Public Action?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2304\">Public institutions today face social, environmental, and technological challenges that are increasingly complex, unpredictable, and often difficult to grasp\u2014whether pandemics, climate-driven disasters, the rise of artificial intelligence, growing digitalisation, or emerging forms of pollution.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2392\">To address these issues, public organisations rely on a diverse set of ideation tools:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2588\">\n<li data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2438\">\n<p data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2438\">participatory and deliberative processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2439\" data-end=\"2481\">\n<p data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2481\">public policy analyses and evaluations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2482\" data-end=\"2512\">\n<p data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2512\">scientific advisory groups<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2548\">\n<p data-start=\"2515\" data-end=\"2548\">public policy design approaches<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2588\">\n<p data-start=\"2551\" data-end=\"2588\">academic and participatory research<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2803\">And yet, despite their value and creativity, these tools often struggle to produce lasting impact due to institutional inertia, risk aversion, siloed structures, political constraints, and fragmented competencies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"3063\">This festival asks a central question: <strong data-start=\"2844\" data-end=\"2926\">How can we ensure that these ideation tools genuinely transform public action?<\/strong><br data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"2929\" \/>Together, we will explore processes, success stories, and ways to embed creative and collaborative methods directly into policymaking.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3065\" data-end=\"3106\"><strong data-start=\"3069\" data-end=\"3106\">A Collective, Hands-On Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3367\">Over two days, participants will contribute to shaping an open space for dialogue, experimentation, and practical learning.
